New players will be on a first-come first-serve basis. When team(s) is filled, participant(s) will go on waitlist.

| New Football Player | $130.00 + $50.00 refundable volunteer fee= $180.00 |
| Veteran Football Player – Needs Jersey | $130.00 + $50.00 refundable volunteer fee = $180.00 |
| Veteran Football Player – No Jersey Needed | $80.00 + $50.00 refundable volunteer fee = $130.00 |
| Cheerleaders (New or Veteran) | $80.00 + $50.00 refundable volunteer fee = $130.00 |
| Multiple
children – Football 1st child - $130.00 2nd child - $120.00 3 or more children - $100.00 each

children – Cheer 1st child - $80.00 2nd child - $70.00 3 or more children - $60.00 each

| A refundable $50.00 volunteer fee will be charged per family in addition to the registration fee.

***RETURNING VETERAN PLAYERS*** Registration fee for players who have jerseys from last year and will be reusing them this season will be $80.00 plus the refundable volunteer fee. Any additional children will follow the fee schedule above. |

The following documents are needed at the time of registration:
Copy of child's birth certificate
Physical examination form dated within 12 months prior to the end of the season signed by their physician
Current photo
Sign any applicable waivers or forms, ie., "Registration Form", "Code of Conduct", Photo Release Form documents **print out and bring to registration signed
You will also be signing up for your volunteer dates. It might be helpful if you bring your calendar with you.
Returning Players bring jersey
Family will also receive fundraising packet at time of registration.
